Do I need to know how to code?
No. Setup and management happen through an intuitive admin panel. Integrating with your site just means pasting one line of code, like a Google Analytics tag.
Which AI models are supported?
Natively OpenAI (GPT-5, GPT-4) and Anthropic (Claude). With the Pro plan you can also connect almost any model through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint: DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Mistral, Llama, Google Gemini, or services like OpenRouter, Groq and Together. You can even run models locally with Ollama, vLLM or LM Studio. Switch models anytime from the settings.
Can I use my own AI models?
Yes. With the Pro plan you connect your OpenAI or Anthropic account, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — including DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Mistral, Llama or your own local models with Ollama — with automatic fallback to the system models if yours doesn't respond.
Is there an API?
Yes. The Pro plan includes a REST API to create and manage your chatbots from your code, with interactive OpenAPI documentation and revocable API keys.
Can I manage chatbots from Claude?
Yes. With the MCP extension you can create, configure, and test your chatbots by chatting with Claude Desktop. ChatGPT integration is coming soon.
Is my data safe?
Documents are indexed internally and never shared with third parties. Conversations stay on your servers. Chatty can also be deployed on-premise for maximum control.
Does it work with my website?

Can I customize the look?
